Camalus is one of the primary contractors to deliver the housing foundation work for the initial stages of the Greenville Development. The Greenville project is 767Ha and the completed project will provide over 16 000 homes from subsidy to bonded as well as schools, community facilities, public spaces and transport infrastructure.
In addition to the residential facet of Fisantekraal, Camalus is also providing community infrastructure such as training colleges, schools and commercial nodes. Camalus completed the high quality Early Childhood Development Centre in Fisantekraal which received high praise from government, industry partners and the community for the quality, workmanship and project roll out as well as the Tjeka training college.
Camalus delivers turnkey single residential estates and apartments from land acquisition to post project maintenance, this includes engineering and construction. Our project portfolio ranges from affordable housing developments to secure residential estates. We recently completed a 178 unit secure apartment, Saint Square Estate, in Sunningdale, Blouberg, providing a full turn key project from design to construct and sales. This exceptional sectional title security estate enhanced the Sunningdale suburb, providing high-quality homes at affordable prices.
The incorporation of architectural design elements and water recovery systems for the ecological enhancement of the land, showcased our ability to deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions that meet market demand. Following the success of Saint Square, Broadstone, a 220 unit secure apartment estate is now underway and projected to be complete in 2026. Past projects include Camelot Estate in the northern suburbs, a secure estate of 108 homes, as well as multiple affordable housing projects in Brackenfell, Elsies River and Bellville.
For nearly two decades, we have designed, manufactured and installed solar thermal water heating systems along with water recovery and re use systems for large scale residential estates.
